What We Actually Do
Springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, openers, and the torsion or extension hardware that holds a door up when it's not moving. Most of the calls we get are broken torsion springs, cables that jumped a drum, or openers that run the motor but won't lift the door - all common failures on the doors that came standard in this area's housing stock, much of it built between 1938 and 1998 with a lot concentrated in the 1960s and '70s.

We also handle full door and opener replacement when a repair doesn't make sense - a door with a bowed track and a busted spring and a dead opener is usually cheaper to replace outright than to patch three separate ways. Closer-in areas like Riverside, Oakwood, and Kettering are typically easier to schedule tight because they're a shorter run from Needmore Rd.

If the part on your door is unusual - a nonstandard track width or a long-discontinued opener - that's the one case where the first visit is a diagnosis and quote, not a same-visit fix, because we won't have that part riding around on the truck. We'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
